Beautiful waterfront home on 20 acres available for wedding or family vacation. The home has 6 rooms and also has a separate studio with it's own kitchen & bathroom. My fiancee and I had rented this place for our 60 person wedding but we had to change plans due to a serious illness in the family. The house has a man made pool and large waterfront hot tub. The 20 acres lot makes it perfect for intimacy and a large gathering. Normally this place would require a 7 day rental but we were able to secure it for 3 days at $1100 per night. If you choose to do a wedding you may have to pay an event fee (ours was $350). We obtained permission for people to camp on the property for those who want to spend the night and avoid driving after the party.

There was a 90 day cancellation policy and since our wedding was meant to be in 30 days we are looking to rent it out to someone looking for a last minute location.
