Colours

[CLR2011]

Hey I'm getting married in June of 2011 and my bridesmaid dresses are going to be cobalt blue, but I don't know what colours to pick for the flowers! I was thinking of either going with white&yellow or bright pink. What d you guys think? Or is there a different colour I haven't considered?

I was initially going to go with blue cobalt to be exact
but ended up going with emerald green and ivory

My florist told me that you could actually get blue flowers this year
apparently they are very popular

Is this for general decorations boquets???

PS: I think white and yellow will look really nice as well

I like the yellow and white idea.

BUT
if it is a darker cobalt blue I think the pink is pretty and more girlie but I haven't seen it as much done together!

cobalt blue is a very rich colour.. it is going to look lovely in the photos. Instead of just yellow, how about dark yellow (and go with gold decorations for your setting+invitation) and have a "Royal" theme?

Or have you considered a "Peacock" theme? Cobalt blue going with teal and adding peacock feather to the flower. I personally like this combination a lot.
