what are your 'must haves' ?
For the down to basics health/beauty stuff...not makeup, but all the others....what do you feel you really HAVE to have?
Mine would be.....

JuicePlus daily vitamins
MintChapstick
CliniqueSuperDefense SPF25
lots of water to drink

I'm a lip balm gal...can't live without it. I don't care what brand it is, just have to always have some sort of lip balm nearby for my fix.

Also I am pretty good about pedicures. I hate, hate, hate my toes with no polish, but I love, love, love them with polish.

And finally, water. I drink a lot of water.

Otherwise I'm pretty low maintenance.

After I started using Mentholatum's lip gel, I became addicted to it. Same as you, I think I would die if I don't have any lip balm with me. I advise everyone to stay away from Mentholatum's lip products!!!

My health/beauty routine:
- calcium, glucosamine
- cleaning, toning, moisturising and sun block
- weekly face and hair masks
- lots of water, fruit and vege
- last but not least, exercise!
