free weight watchers files
My MOH sent me some stuff she got me from weight watchers. there is a points calculator, spreadsheet, cookbook and some other files. She bought it off eBay, I think, and wanted to make it worth the money by sharing it with as many people as she could. So, If you want a copy, email me at megviolet@yahoo.ca and I will forward a copy to you.

I also just emailed you.

My FH had done the weight watchers thing last year, and it worked for him - he lost ~20lbs in three months! But then he gained it back as soon as his membership ran out.
