Need your help girls..would you pay for this?

Hey guys,
If I get enough responses I may need to move this post to the vendors section but to start with I am curious if there is a need for this type of service. My husband is great at making photo montages, and editing video..He has made one for me and one for my uncle's funeral a few weeks ago...I will post the links on this site. We are thinking about charging $35-$50 for a video montage that you can use for weddings, funerals, graduations or whatever you want it for. All you would have to do is email us the pictures, the music,or any other Audio or video you would want included into the slide. He would create something, burn it onto a DVD and mail it to you. I am thinking about a week's turnaround time...

Here are the one's he made for me and my family...I am just curious if there is a market for this out there. I just wish I knew he could do this before we got married!!!! Make sure you have your speakers on and keep in mind the quality is not DVD quality on the net!

I think that there is definitely a market for what your husband is wanting to do. I know that some wedding photographers offer a similar service with their photography (mine does) but it does cost extra (sometimes a lot extra) and some don't even offer this option, so I totally wouldn't rule it out. If I were you, I'd do some advertising. I might even be interested in having him do a memorial for me sometime. My mom passed a way right before my 16th birthday, and I would love to have something like that done in honor of her.

Well girls maybe I should move this to the vendor's section then...at what point do you become a vendor, technically there is no business yet, but if anyone is interested or tell your friends email is saramcdonald@shaw.ca
