My basic rate is $2000 plus GST for a 12 hour day shooting day and full edit.
The shooting day begins by spending time at the bride's house to capture the fun and excitement of getting ready for the big day. Then it's on to the ceremony where I use a 3 camera set up. A 3 camera set up is the only proper way to capture the ceremony so there is always one camera on the bride, one one the groom, and one on everyone.
I then like to spend some time with the wedding party during their photo shoot which is usually edited into a montage.
At the reception, I have a 2 camera set up. There is one camera on the speaker and one of the bride and groom for all their reaction shots.
I usually stay until the first dance and any garter and/or bouquet ceremony.
All of this is cut together with music you choose and transferred to 5 copies of either VHS or DVD.
