Help!! Hi Guys, I have booked the UBC Boathouse for my wedding and it is a big banquet hall. I am wanting to have my ceremony and reception back to back in the same room and I am trying to figure out how to have it set up... The problem is that I can only rent 195 chairs and I have 125 people coming, so I will have to have the ushers move some chairs from the ceremony set up to the reception set up after the ceremony. Does anyone have any ideas for me??? Please???
