Hi! I am interested if anyone has ever been to a wedding at the Law Courts Inn Restaurant in Vancouver. I am wondering if it is good for dinner/dancing for about 150 people and does it require much decoration? Any other thoughts or info about it?

What about the Great Hall (lobby) of the lawcourts? Is it cold in there? Can you play music and bring a Liquor license?

I don't have wedding info for you, but I have been there for other functions. We had a sit down dinner/dance christmas party there one year (many years ago, so I don't remember the details too clearly, but I'm sure we had at least 150). More recently I've been there for Salsa dance lessons on Friday nights. They cleared away most of the tables, but it is a nice room, (lots of windows) so I don't think it would take much to decorate it.

We have djyed a few weddings there, you can get a liquor licence, you dont need much decorations there.

Great. I'd love to hear how your Xmas party goes and maybe see any photos of it decorated. I want to get an idea of how good the food is there!
