| 4 weeks?? wow.
I have somewhat been experiencing it, but my wedding is a year and four months away so I know I have the time to be lazy! Sometimes I am like, "I don't want to bother with all of this planning! I just want to have a DW wedding!" but in my heart I know I want to be surrounded by my family on my wedding (although I was just in Vegas with my FH and it was really tempting for me!).
I think you should call on your Bridesmaids to pump you up, and think about your amazing fiance that is going to be your *HUSBAND!* in less than a month, think about the fabulous celebration you are going to be having and all of the people that are going to be there. If that doesn't give you the motivation, just do it for him!! |

| I experienced it for a while, but I never had an issue with planning. It was more like...too much planning and feeling like I don't have any time for anything else.
Heh one thing Mrsmacdonald, isn't your wedding on March 25?, I remember it being one day after mine, if so you only have 28 days!! remember february is a short month.
I am so excited and you should be too!!!
Go Surrey! |

| I started out with 20 months planning time. I got the venue (w/catering provided) right away, checked out cake places, booked the dj, played with ideas. I was the research queen!
Then things got busy; everything else took over, including moving in with fiance in August. After that everyone started asking for details on the wedding - I was starting to feel a bit panicy, but couldn't find the motivation to do more on it.
After Christmas it hit me, and we did a couple wedding fairs. My Maid of Honour is wonderful, pushed me in just the right ways, I bought my dress and booked a tonne of stuff.
Now I'm getting hung up on the centrepieces and decor ideas. I'm starting to feel a bit smothered and mildly panicy when I think of the things that still need to be done. I'll be feeling great about everything until people start peppering me with questions that I don't have answers to, because it's stuff I need to do, and need to do soon. I might end up taking a mental break this weekend, and then starting up next week, but am not sure I can afford the time.
Do you have much to do? What about making a list of things to do, then expanding it with some details, and calling up your maid of honour/bridesmaids/mother, and asking for help? Just tell them how you're feeling, and I'm betting they'll get you motivated, and take on some of the responsibilities.
Also, go out with them for a night and don't think about wedding stuff at all - just arrange for something that will involve a lot of laughter - that should boost your rockets.
Only 4 weeks to go - that sounds both a panic, and a relief! Hang in there, rely on your friends, find the fun back, and I bet you'll be fine. :hugs: |

All I keep thinking is the planning is almost over!! and I will never have to plan another wedding again until my kids get married.
I am exceited that its down to days now.....but that is once I got over the pre-wedding depression. Moods will dramatically change all the time its super stressful.
If you keep the sayings "Its...neverending"....then counteract it with "Don't worry, be happy" everything will work out.
Love all of you!!!! hehe |

Go for a jog or something and breathe some fresh air, preferabley early in the morning. It gives you a boost of energy both physically and emotionally.
26 days! |

I am sure the joy of your wedding will quickly bring your dad back to good health!
Your wedding is not far away, either. April 22, right? Get some good rest. You need to look your best on your wedding day! I remember I was so stressed I got cold sore on my lips the day I took my wedding photos (which was before the wedding day) and I lost my voice a week before my wedding!
Have you found the wedding venue yet? Can I help with anything? For example, research on something? |

| We have found a venue. We have most things done however it's just that with my dad sick, (divorced parents) my mom is mostly footing the bill. |
