Hammer Hit Thoroughly frustrated

Ok so here I am with time off, trying to get a handle on the whole wedding planning. It seems like every day I take one step forward and two steps back. My FH is out of town, but he often is... So right now everything seems to be piling up even more. My Bridesmaids consist of mainly family members as I have had to axe my friends to make room for the fam. Our wedding is in FOUR! months and crunch time is coming hard and fast! I would like to pick up my wedding dress and take to the alterationist but no-one is willing to come with me, as it is not good with their schedules! I've given them over a week to make a time that works. I know it's dumb but I really don't want to pick up the dress by myself. I am supposed to be happy and I just want to forget it all. I swear I am going to show up and say "ya whatever, where is it. thanks bye" instead of anything happy or pleasant. ARGH! If they are already ditching me I can't imagine what I am up for when I actually need them!

Um sorry Just need to vent. A lot I know. Tomorrow will be better

I am sorry to hear that! Can't you at least have one family member go with you?

Even though you didn't invite your friends to be your bridesmaids, they can still accompany you to pick up the dress, right?

But in the end, the main thing is that you will look your best on your wedding day!

Hope you find a nice dress!

Sometimes I wonder why the bride has to do everything. I think the bride should get all the pampering from others!
