Canadian Flag Wedding planner book and tools

Hi All,

I'm looking at two wedding planning books created to save money? (or so it says), I was just wondering if anyone knows if its worth it and if they actually help before I actually purchase.

Also if these two are not good enough does anyone have any advise on good wedding planning tools or guides?

Amazing Wedding Planner by Erica Yoon - 39.99 comes in electronic format and wedding planner software - http://www.amazingweddingplanning.com/

Fire your wedding planner by Stephi Stewart - 29.99 comes in electronic format and excel template for wedding planner - -
http://wwww.fireyourweddingplanner.com/

By the way I plan to have my wedding on a Sunday long weekend in 2009 in Woodbridge.

Wedding books

I actually tried the Fire Your Wedding Planner. I didn't find it very usefull, but, some of her tips that you get for free by signing up for her mailing list are pretty good. I think her main point in the book is to make sure you are confident when dealing with vendors (remember that they need your business) and that your wedding show be how you want it to be regardless of what the "typical" wedding is "suppose" to be.
I say save the money and just get the free email tips.
