Help1 Music for the wedding!

Hey all!

It is only 20 days until the wedding and I still don't have my wedding music put together. I am only making cd's to play because we opt'd out of a dj or live music.

So far I have the song I am walking down the aisle to and our first dance and also a couple of other songs...here's what I have:

Bride's walk: Love Me Tender - Norah Jones

First Dance: Hanging by a Moment

Some other good songs:
More than anything - Hanson
Better Together - Jack Johnson

But anything else I am completely lost.

I want most of the music to be like jack johnson/ norah jonesish music..very mellow but meaningful.

Also some classical music would be awesome as well.

If anyone has any idea's please tell because this is the only thing that is completely lost.

Help!

I suggest you try some "classics" like Sinatra (Unforgettable), or Ella Fitzgerald (Isn't it romantic, Lets fall in love). Or maybe something more contemporary like Micheal Buble?

I've started compiling my list of songs to play at both the reception and ceremony, but it's over a year away so I'll have lots of time!

I have three words for you....

Harry Connick Jr.

I think his music is SO romantic.

Something else that is a good idea is to go through soundtracks of "wedding movies" there are always fantastic songs on them!!!

I'm in the same boat! I'm totally stuck. One song that I really like that I think we'll use is You Raise Me Up- by Josh Groban. We're using Jack Johnson- Better Together for our first dance. Where Are You Going?- by The Dave Matthews Band is a really good one too. I just posted the same question in WB so I'll let you know if I get any good suggestions. Let us know what you decide to use.

We've decided to go with all classical and instumental music. I will be playing mostly Bach, Mozart and Vivaldi at the wedding...its nice and sets the mood just right.

Thanks for the help!
