2 nights ago, I had my first Bridezilla moment, and thankfully my loving fiancee took it all in a stride... I know I am marrying the perfect guy because he managed to calm me down and resolve the issue...

So, our venue is at a yacht club exclusively for members only and the only reason why we were allowed to host our wedding there was because my fiancee's parents belong to the club. The venue is beautiful, the place is perfect, the views are amazing and it's only a 5 minute drive to the church where we are having the ceremony. BUT we found out yesterday that we HAVE TO VACATE THE PLACE BY 10PM, because the proximity of the yacht club is very close to residential areas. Needless to say, I went LIVID ( well, BERZERK was the more proper term... I have spanish-filipino in me so I am a very passionate person)
How can you have a wedding finish at 10 pm??? what about the dancing, the bouquet toss, the cake cutting, the speeches,etc etc... I went frantic with the reception program and start freaking out that we will have to start the dinner at 4:30 PM and cut down on speeches and activities ( I have some cultural dancing planned as entertainment and slideshows during dinner) and my poor fiancee just sat there for 10 mins and took it all while I ranted and raved and went crazy... hihihihi...
Anyways, after sitting me down and calmly detailing out timelines we knew we cant have a wedding that ends at 10 pm, so he called his parents to talk to the yacht club facilities if we can extend the time... we are waiting for their response at this moment (FMIL assured me that it should not be a problem)...
So, has anyone freaked out with the wedding planning yet?

Oh!!!!! I am on yor side and I totally would of freaked out if I knew that we had to be out by 10:00. Actually one of the first guestions I asked the golf course where we are getting married at was how late we could stay.

I hope that they approve for you all to stay later. I couldn't imagine going to a great wedding and then be like, "everyone needs to leave. NOW!!!!GET OUT!!!!'' that would suck.

I haven't had a bridezilla moment yet, almost did but I kept my cool. I was regarding my dress. When I went to pick it up it was too big and wrinkly. All i could see was uglyness. But i neeed to imagine it altered ect. and know I love it.
