I have all my songs picked except for the walking down the aile. I was thinking of something from enya like the song "only time" without the words.
Please share the song you've picked. I'd like ideas!

I (we) are having the same problem! We've picked out all the other songs too. I was thinking something instrumental perhaps Kenny G. What are your other songs? Ours are:

Walking Down Isle - Bride

So far these are the song choices. (not set in stone; because as a bride my mind is always changing. hahaha)

Walking down aile: "only time" enya????
First dance bride/groom: "open arms" by Journey.
Father/Daughter: My dad is surprising me by picking it himself.
Bouquet toss: "Girls just want to have fun" Cindi Lauper.
Garder toss" "Let's get it on!" Marvin Gay
Cake cutting: "Hungry Eyes" Eric Carmen.
Last Dance Bride/Groom: "I've had the time of my life" Jennifer Warnes

That's my list so far.

That's really neat that your dad is picking the father / daughter song. We are going to start my my dad & I, then FH & his Mom and my mom & fh's dad will join. We are hoping that we can end with our respective partners towards the end of the song...

Hi Tanya,

We decided on our first song because of you! We are going with Enya - Love Song. As much as I thought I liked Kenny G I feared that I might nod off walking down the isle LOL.

I am going to try to upload a link for you so you can have a listen to it, very pretty & pretty much instrumental.

Great songs everyone.

My fiancé really likes a picticular Gladiator song but I'm not sure what's the name of it. But that's the only one we've picked so far. We were looking around for videography and ran into one that had a nice song but didn't know what's the name. Wonder if anyone knows ??? It's on the Horizon wedding page.

Starting to get wedding stress....haha

Thanks for the offer. It's just instrumental music but it always makes my fiance's heart melt. lol. She found it on the horizon's videography site (quite expensive but I think they're professionals)

So excited. After spending time (hours) lookig for a song, I've picted them.

Bridesmaids will walk down to: CANON IN D by: PACHELBEL

I'll walk down to: WEDDING MARCH by: MENDELSSOHN (harp and flute).

Hi. I haven't ordered the CD YET. I am going to get it.I am going to check the local cd stores to see if they have them. I also checked on Ebay (i'm on there a lot lol) and I found the cd for $7.00 or less. Probably going that route-it's cheaper.
I too believe it's a beautiful cd, all 3 volumes sound great. Call me silly but I listen to the canon d song and imagine bridesmaids walking down the aile then I listen to wedding march song and imagine me walking down the aile and it almost wants to make me cry. I've even took the song and fiqured the exact time of when i'll enter to walk down. Can't wait. I'll put the silly bananna guy here

Sorry Kat, I was browsing my posts and noticed your reply. My friend went through Horizons and OMG they are expensive... it takes them up to 1 year to complete and they range for about 6k and up ! Yikes.

Still deciding on music but so far I have a few ideas:
Walking down the aisle: "bittersweet symphony" by the verve, orchestra version, no lyrics & modified. It sounds amazing!

Other than that I wanna throw in "everything" by lifehouse and the sister song from moulin rouge in the reception and "i like the way you move" and "she's always a woman to me" (not sure of names but that's what i call 'em

I'll keep on thinking.....and changing my mind as usual
