I went here and was thrilled with the selection and quality. The designer (Kim) is brilliant, however, my experience with them has be horrible. I worked with WEDS 6 months prior and they drew up a contract for what I needed. I didn't expect to do it that day so I was unable to pay my deposit that day. They said that i could just call in my credit card info. A few days later I did and they said they would charge the 25% deposit shortly. In the meanwhile I get a call from my credit card company saying that train tickets in Italy were purchased with my credit card. I did not purchased them so the credit card company had to cancel my card. The only time I had used that card (it was new and to be used only for the wedding was with WEDS and one other business which swiped the card and gave it back to me). I called to find out what happened and WEDS claims that nothing happened on their end, but, they no longer had my credit card info and need me to give it to them again. I don't know what happened but it was certainly sloppy paperwork.

Ontop of that, 2 weeks before the wedding I go to verify everything and WEDS claimed that someone made a mistake with the pricing on the contract. Appearently they said set-up and take-down was not included in the price and I would have to pay $$$ to have them do it (I think they said an extra $500 or around that). I clearly remembered that both setup and take down were discussed and it was included in the contract. They assured me it was not. I went home and checked all my email correspondance. It turns out that I had in writing directly from them that the contracted price included it. So 2 weeks for the wedding they were trying to get more money out of me for something that I had already paid for!

PLEASE NOTE: WEDS has contacted me about this post and reminded me that they did fulfill their contract. I would like to state that they did a marvelous job at what they did and have some of the best quality rentals in the city, but, I would not recommend them due to the hassle and their customer service.
