It is indeed from the site-av's, but I shrieked when I first saw it! A couple years ago on another board I frequent someone found the site that sold these cat outfits, and we were all going crazy using the images as avatars.

I think it was a japanese site - I should find it and show you guys, some of those cats looked absolutely peeved at being made to wears embarrassing clothes - it was hilarious!
