You mean reception at Horizon? I attended a lunch reception there last summer. The location was great with big glass windows all around. I think any decoration will look great there.
However, I think receptions at nights would be a totally different story. I have been to Horizon for dinner a couple of times. They always dim their lights to a very very low level in order to avoid reflection on the glass windows. Everything will turn to black and white in such lighting conditions.
