Beg Origami Paper -----HELP

As per the title, you are all probably wondering what origami paper has to do with a wedding. Well I will tell you. I am getting married to a Japanese Canadian man and it is tradition to display (in some way) 1001 paper cranes. Well we would like to display a burgundy or chamagne/cream heart mounted on black paper made from the 1001 cranes and framed. I am having so much trouble finding origami paper in one colour per package. I am also not having any luck with the colours we want. Does anyone know where I can get packages of one colour rather than a variety pack of colours? I dont want to give this idea up and it looks like it may not be feesible. Any Ideas would help...I have checked Daiso and Morning GLory....

Please please come to my rescue.

Some Ideas of what this may look like (in other designs though) check out www.sumocaarts.com.

Thanks

Have you tried these shops?

I am really curious as to how the cranes can be turned into those beautiful art pieces???

I don't know how you feel about buying things off the net but I would give these guys a try, they sell packs of 1 colour

If you would go for online purchase, this shop looks reliable:

Have you tried searching around the Japanese shops along Powell Street?
