Greek salad. Insalata caprese – boconcinni, Roma tomato and fresh basil. Tuscan bread salad with garden vegetables and olive tapenade dressing. Mediterranean pasta salad with BC smoked salmon, capers, lemon and fresh dill. Potato salad with grain mustard vinaigrette and pancetta bacon.
Grilled summer vegetable salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Baby spinach salad with watermelon, red onion, raspberry vinaigrette and fresh mint.
Shaved Granny Smith apple and fennel salad with tarragon vinaigrette.
Roasted beet salad with goat’s cheese, Belgian endive, walnuts and orange vinaigrette. MEAT & POULTRY ITEMS – Choose two (2): Grilled chicken breast with portabello mushroom-bacon fricasee. Stuffed baked chicken breast with asparagus and provolone cheese. Grilled breast of chicken saltimbocca style – proscuitto, fontina and fresh sage.
Grilled pork loin chops – Greek souvlaki style.
Barbecued lamb chops with Dijon-balsamic glaze. Roast baron of beef au jus. STARCHES – Choose one (1): Roasted garlic mashed potatoes with mascarpone cheese.

Bartenders and cleanup servers are available at $25.00 per server per hour for a minimum of four (4) hours PRICING: $23.95 per person – based on 150 guests.
