We at Heart to Heart have been made aware of these false accusations and slanderous comments. We are an "Award Winning" shop that takes PRIDE in our excellent service and high quality of products we provide for our customers. These negative comments are a drop in the bucket compared to the thousands of satisfied customers who feel that we are one of the best Bridal shops in BC. One of our happy and satisfied clients has been with us for many years and has purchased 15 special occasion dresses. We are appalled at the vindictive persons that want to purposely create fabricated stories and not the whole truth. We are always prepared to give 100% to meet our clients needs and have many clients who are angered by this inappropriate and vicious behavior. Our strong team of women that are dedicated, talented, and caring are offended and hurt by these unfair and untrue statements. We are hopeful that anyone who has read these comments, will give us the opportunity to answer any questions or concerns. If this forum has deterred you in any way, please contact us immediately. We have been informed that some of these stories were instigated by competitors who are threatened by the success of our business. All Bridal shops deal with the majority of the same suppliers who treat all their Retailers equally and we are at their mercy and have limited control. Every business has disgruntled clients. For any disgruntled clients who have felt the need to hurt our business with their outrageous personal attacks, we are pursuing legal action to ensure that we will be compensated for any damages resulting from this 'SNAKE PIT'. We strongly recommend that this illegal forum 'CEASE IMMEDIATELY'.

Wow... I haven't had the "pleasure" of going into this person's store, but after such an unprofessional post, I would definately be scared off from buying from them... Why would somebody be so aggressively defensive is they didn't feel they had something to hide?

We request all VENDORS to register as VENDORS. Since you claim to represent Heart to Heart, I changed your member class to "VENDORS".

While we found some parts of your first post to be inappropriate and false, we did not find any problems with the other members' comments regarding Heart to Heart Bridal Gallery.

I would like to make it clear that we will continue to make this forum available to brides sharing their wedding planning experience, whether it be good or bad experience.

Like any other members in this forum, the true identity of Annette has not been verified. She may or may not represent Heart to Heart Bridal Gallery. She could be a competitor bad-mouthing Heart to Heart. I tend to think that she is not representing Heart to Heart because her posts actually do more damage to their image than any of the bad comments made by others. Remember to take what you read online with a grain of salt!!
