Trying to Find Tent to Rent - Vancouver Wedding Forum

I'm trying to find a tent to rent for my outdoor ceremony in Lanlgey next May. I think a will need a 30x40ft tent to accomidate 110-130 guests as well as an isle. So far these tents seen to cost $700-1000 to rent, plus drop-off/pick-up and set-up; this seems painfully expensive for about an hour worth of use. Does anybody have any more budget friendly ideas or know of a good tent rental place?

Hello. I am in the same situation as you looking for a 30' x 40' and I too know how expensive some places cost. Yet i've found a couple places that aren't that bad (well lower then others).

1) Danco Tent and Party Rentals Maple Ridge
20' x 40' $493.00 (800sq = 132 chairs)

2) Confetti Party & Tent Rentals Surrey
30' x 40' $720.00 (1200 sq = 200 chairs)
30' x 30' $600.00 (900 sq = 150 chairs)
20' x 40' $ 560.00 (800 sq = 132 chairs)

delivery $50.00 and set up $50.00

Hope this gives you at least a start and can compare them to the others you've came across.
