oh, I posted in another forum about a self-tanner called Fake Bake that worked for me and my girlfriends! Its amazing! It is a bit more expensive than your drug store selftanners but this stuff does not streak and it won't turn you orange! I read the reviews online and I did some research on it before I bought it!
I bought a few bottles while I was in Edmonton at West Edmonton Mall at a store called Bronzed Beauty. They actually have a website

Ever since my wedding, I still use this stuff regularly. The tan lasts about 7 days. I like it more than spray tan because this self-tanner costs about..umm..$5-6 an application that last a week and the spray tan cost $40 each spray and I found that the spray tan lasted only 3-4 days. I used Mystic Tan.
I've avoided the tanning beds because it takes too long for me to build a tan, and I'm not overly fond of killing my skin to look good.
I slap the fake bake stuff on before I go to bed and I'm nicely tanned the next morning!
